How I can help...

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist with a background in Health Psychology, but I also draw on other therapeutic approaches such as motivational interviewing, solution focussed therapy, mindfulness based therapy, compassion focussed therapy (CFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

I offer remote therapy for people based in the UK via Google meet or phone call. Research indicates that these mediums are just as effective as in person therapy.

My fee per 50 minute session is £100

Experience

I began my CBT journey working for the NHS over a decade ago in 2013, but previous to that I had worked in many roles supporting people in differant ways.

As well as my NHS work I have also worked for the charity

'Off the record' delivering CBT for young people aged 16-25 and supervision for trainee and qualified therapists, and further work with teens and young adults through online provider Healios.

I have been involved in research with Bristol medical school into delivering CBT online, and have supported students at the famous Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

I set up my own private practice in 2017 and now mostly work with private clients whilst still doing a little bit of work with NHS patients through therapy provider 'ieso'.

I have completed further training in supporting the menopause transition, working with trauma and loss inthe perinatal period, and CBT-i for sleep.
