Inspired by Women's Journeys

As a mum in my 40s, my own personal journey to motherhood wasn't straightforward. This experience coupled with having supported women of all ages for over 20 years in various capacities, has made me deeply aware of the struggles that women face across the lifespan. Especially when it comes to areas such as periods, miscarriage and menopause, such topics have been stigmatised and taboo for too long, leading to under-researched areas of womens health and inadequate support. That's why I'm dedicated to providing a safe and understanding space for women to explore their experiences and find the support they deserve.

I am a scientific practitioner which is what attracted me to CBT as a therapeutic modality.

With a very solid evidence base, if you are ready to make some changes in order to tackle your problems, then CBT is for you!
